Remote Sales Representative

We are inviting high performers to join our real estate firm, Professional Property Buyers. *Overview:* Our team specializes in the purchase & sale of residential real estate direct-to-owner, with a focus on servicing property owners in physical, financial, and/or legal distress, our clients being property owners who are looking to sell to us, or through us, in a hassle-free & cost-free manner. In an ever-changing economy, real estate and property ownership remain a fundamentally strong industry with a high barrier of entry, and our team is searching for a select few individuals enthusiastic about performance-based pay, and who are experienced in the nuance of sales & communication and are looking to grow in a resilient industry alongside a firm with strong compensation, and multiple growth-opportunities. If selected, you will join our acquisition team where your primary role will be conducting cold and warm phone outreach to homeowners, identifying & qualifying owners interested in selling their property, and connecting them with our closing team to review an offer for their property. We provide everything required for the position, except for a computer & headset. This includes a CRM containing thousands of leads, word-for-word scripts, a training program, and most importantly an automated multi-line phone dialer integrated within the CRM to automate all your outreach. *Pay:* * Commission Percentage: 15% * Commission Range: $3,000-$15,000 * Average Commission: $4,500 * Commission Cycle: ~30-60 days _\*Opportunity to become Closer and earn 35%\*_ *IMPORTANT / MUST READ:* * All Commission | No Base * Minimum 25 hrs/wk Required * Expect 60-90 days before 1st commission payout * IF YOUR APPLICATION IS APPROVED, a returnable security deposit of $150.00 is required to activate your CRM seat. This security deposit is returned you after 30 days, and is intended to ensure your commitment to the role & temporarily cover your onboarding costs.
