The IT Project Manager will lead and coordinate key technology initiatives across infrastructure, applications, and operations. This role will play a critical part in supporting the company’s expansion from an 85,000 sq. ft. facility to a new 250,000 sq. ft. warehouse, ensuring all IT systems, infrastructure, and business applications are successfully planned, deployed, and operationalized. The IT Project Manager will partner closely with IT, operations, facilities, and external vendors to drive project execution, manage timelines, mitigate risks, and ensure alignment with business objectives. This individual will oversee multiple concurrent initiatives, including infrastructure upgrades, systems implementations, and warehouse technology enablement.ResponsibilitiesProject Planning & ExecutionLead end-to-end delivery of IT projects, including infrastructure, systems, and application initiativesDevelop detailed project plans, timelines, resource allocations, and budgetsTrack milestones, dependencies, and critical path items to ensure on-time deliveryManage multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environmentWarehouse Expansion Oversee IT workstreams related to the new 250,000 sq. ft. warehouse buildoutCoordinate deployment of network infrastructure, connectivity, hardware, and end-user technologyPartner with operations on systems such as WMS, inventory tracking, and production support toolsEnsure seamless cutover/migration from existing facility to new location with minimal disruptionStakeholder & Vendor ManagementServe as the primary liaison between IT, business stakeholders, and third-party vendorsFacilitate regular project status meetings and executive updatesManage vendor deliverables, timelines, and performanceInfrastructure & Applications CoordinationCollaborate with internal IT teams on initiatives involving VDI, Microsoft Intune, cloud platforms (Azure/AWS), and enterprise applicationsEnsure alignment between infrastructure readiness and application deploymentSupport integration efforts across systems, including reporting and analytics platforms (e.g., Power BI)Risk, Issue & Change ManagementIdentify project risks and develop mitigation strategiesManage issues and escalations proactivelyImplement change management best practices to support user adoption and business readinessDocumentation & ReportingMaintain clear project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and RAID logsProvide regular reporting to leadership on project health, risks, and progressEnsure proper handoff to operations and support teams post-implementationRequiredBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience.5+ years of experience in IT project management, preferably in infrastructure and systems-focused environments Proven experience leading large-scale, cross-functional projects (facility expansion or warehouse/operations projects strongly preferred) Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, including networking, cloud platforms (Azure/AWS), endpoint management (Intune), and enterprise applications Experience coordinating implementations involving VDI environments and data/reporting platforms (e.g., Power BI) is a plus Demonstrated ability to manage vendors and third-party partners Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills Experience with project management tools and methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid) PMP or equivalent certification preferred but not required About Delphi-US: Peacemakers in the Talent WarDelphi-US is a national IT Services firm based in Newport, Rhode Island.
