If you have at least 4 years of experience specifically in employee relations, apply today! ResponsibilitiesEnsure all HR regulations and company policies are followed. Conduct new hire processing, onboarding, and orientation (both in-person and via Microsoft Teams). Coordinate new employee setup with Corporate IT. Assist managers by explaining policies and management expectations. Support division payroll: review, correct, and obtain approvals for employee timesheets. Process salary increases, bonuses, commissions, transfers, promotions, and terminations. Administer the workers' compensation process for the division. Assist with training staff and supporting employee HR/benefits inquiries. Maintain the division organizational chart. Conduct all business professionally and ethically, promoting company goodwill. Ability to work overtime and occasionally travel overnight. QualificationsRequiredAssociate degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school. 3-4 years of related HR experience and/or training. Ability to manage confidential information. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and email. Strong verbal and written communication; ability to multitask and maintain attention to detail. PreferredExperience with Taleo, PeopleSoft, and Microsoft Teams. Ability to handle multiple demands, prioritize, and support managers effectively.
