SENIOR STRUCTURAL ENGINEER
SENIOR Structural Engineer
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
· B.S. or master’s degree in Structural Engineering, Civil Engineering, or equivalent degree;
· Holds a Professional Engineers (P.E.) license and a Professional Structural Engineer
Certificate (S.E.);
· 5+ years of experience;
· Experience designing commercial, industrial, academic buildings, and transportation infrastructure preferred;
· Experience using engineering software such as AutoCAD and Revit;
· General knowledge of applicable codes is a plus.
RESPONSIBLITIES:
· Plan, analyze, and design structural elements of projects such as buildings, foundations, and framing;
· Perform visual inspections and evaluate the work of others;
· Provide approvals and apply registration seal to drawings, designs, and plans;
Ability to work within a team setting and community/collaborate with other disciplines within the firm (i.e. – survey and architecture)
Adhere to appropriate industry standards, regulatory requirements, and best practices.
SALARY & BENEFITS:
· Salary range of $80,000-$140,000 per year (commensurate with experience)
