In this role, you’ll help bring creative concepts to life by preparing final files for print and digital executions. This role requires in-depth knowledge of both print and digital production workflows. The ideal candidate will bring a sharp eye for detail along with solid creative and technical skills to execute a variety of production tasks efficiently.You’ll collaborate closely with designers, producers, and creative leads to ensure all assets are built correctly, following brand guidelines and job specifications.If you enjoy working in a fast-paced creative environment and have a passion for precision, we’d love to hear from you.This is a full-time, onsite role (Monday–Friday) at our San Diego office.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITESPrepare final production files for print and digital deliverablesRecommend and implement enhancements to images and layouts when appropriateAdhere to established production standards and job specificationsAdditional responsibilities include image retouching, creating presentation decks, and support with general production tasks as neededTroubleshoot issues and ensure smooth project executionEnsure all deliverables meet production specifications, brand standards, and technical requirementsPreflight, proof, and prepare press-ready files for distributionQUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIRED SKILLSMust be available to work onsite daily at our San Diego office, Monday - Friday. High School diploma. Certificate, AA, or BA a plus but not requiredMinimum 5 years’ experience as a production artist or production designerAgency experience preferredExperience proofing, pre-flighting, and preparing press ready filesExperience designing and building decks in Keynote and PowerPointKnowledge of current production and graphic design trends, retouching techniques, software, and prepress requirementsProficient Office skills using Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)Advanced experience in Adobe Creative Suite (including Photoshop, InDesign, XD and Illustrator)Advanced experience in Figma, PowerPoint and KeynoteExperience building HTML5 Banners in Google Web Designer preferred, but not mandatoryWhat Makes You Successful in This RoleAn eye for design and exceptional attention to detail and organizationAbility to work efficiently in a deadline-driven environmentStrong communication and collaboration skillsA proactive mindset with a strong work ethicGood understanding of measurements and math
