The ideal candidate will bring expertise in Oracle's E-Business suite and Cloud Solutions. You will execute creative strategies in the implementation, upgradation and enhancement of Oracle Applications. This individual will be responsible for managing multiple project work streams at any given time while playing a crucial role in providing technical solutions on cutting-edge Oracle projects for our clients. This is a Senior level role and will include client-facing duties and team leadership. The perfect candidate will bring experience in both HCM and ERP; however, we are willing to train in one or the other. You will mainly work remotely with occasional travel for milestone events.CapabilitiesBroad IT expertise in implementation, design, development, delivery and support for Fusion Cloud and EBS ApplicationsSubject-matter expertise within the ERP Data Domain including GL, AP, AR, FA, PO, Cash Management, Supply Chain Management and ProjectsProven ability to provide robust technical solutions based on functional specifications and contribute to Hackett IPCollaborate with technical and functional resources through the project life cycle for RICE object design, documentation and unit test supportProvide accurate and timely communication/status reports to Tech Lead and/or Project ManagerExperienced in onsite/offshore project team modelsProven ability to integrate Cloud ERP with third-party providers such as banks, exchange-rate platforms and CRMSolid understanding of performance-tuning best practices and experience improving end-to-end processing timesStay up to date with the latest feature set of Oracle Quarterly Patches/Major ReleasesRecommend and implement best practices around design and build of conversions, integrations and reportsRaise issues and work resolutions, including working with Oracle support, to ensure adherence to the project scheduleRequirementsHas 5+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle ERP/EBS, with 2+ years Oracle Fusion ERP CloudHas been on a minimum of two full-cycle cloud deploymentsHas hands-on experience in design, development, deployment in at least two of the following areas in ERP Cloud: Data conversion of master data and transaction data using FBDI templates & ADFDiReports using BI Publisher, template developmentExcellent SQL and PL/SQL writing skillsExcellent analytical, problem-solving and troubleshooting skillsBI Publisher (RTF, Excel template design, eText, parameter handling, bursting, backup and migration of reports to different pods), OTBI / Analysis DashboardSound knowledge of roles, data security, custom role development and cloud system administration servicesExtending Cloud/EBS through the native personalization layerAP check printing, positive-pay templates, PO printing, AP printing, automated AR invoice, lockbox processing / bank statement integrationIntegrations (OIC/ICS/MuleSoft/Dell Boomi/SOA/SOAP & REST web services)Additional ResponsibilitiesCreating and scheduling Oracle Cloud ESS Jobs and BIP Jobs.Work location is flexible if approved by the Company except that the position may not be performed remotely from Colorado or in New York City.J-18808-Ljbffr
