Overview In this role you will design and implement scalable AEP-based data solutions to power personalized experiences for clients. You’ll integrate data architecture, platform configuration, and governance to enable activation across digital channels, working with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, impact-driven outcomes. You will lead technical delivery across Adobe Experience Cloud and client ecosystems, shaping data models and integration patterns at scale. This is a hands-on, client-facing role that combines architecture, data engineering, and governance in a fast-paced environment. ResponsibilitiesDesign enterprise AEP data architectures and XDM schemas to unify customer data for activation and analysisConfigure and optimize AEP capabilities (RT-CDP, CJA, AJO)Build batch and streaming data ingestion pipelines using Data Prep, connectors, APIs, and cloud platformsDevelop identity resolution, profile unification, and governance approaches (namespaces, merge policies, privacy controls)Lead integration and solution delivery across Adobe Experience Cloud, third-party systems, and client stakeholders during implementation, design, and pre-sales activities Key requirements4+ years implementing Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) and RT-CDP2+ years with AEP Web SDK, Mobile SDK, datastreams, Edge Network, event forwarding, instrumentation design2+ years implementing consent management, data usage labels and policies, access controls, deletion workflows, hygiene workflows, and audit controls5+ years in customer data, marketing technology, or data engineering with API-first configuration, Git, CI/CD, environment promotion, automated validation, production monitoring, and runbooks5+ years with relational and non-relational databases and ETL tools; 3+ years designing customer datasets and data models across CRM, call center, marketing, offline, or POS data sourcesAbility to travel 50% on averageAbility to work independently and collaborativelyEffective written and verbal communicationMeticulous attention to detail and qualityAdobe Experience Platform (AEP)RT-CDPAEP Web SDK, Mobile SDK, datastreams, Edge Network, event forwarding
