Paraprofessional Location: Kansas City Public Schools Schedule: School-Based | Daytime Hours Pay: $18-$22- per hour A Role That Makes a Difference in the Classroom At Care Options for Kids, our school-based Paraprofessionals play a critical role in helping students succeed academically, socially, and emotionally. This role is designed for individuals who value structure, teamwork, and the opportunity to make a daily impact in a school setting. As a Paraprofessional, you'll work closely with teachers and school teams to support students with diverse learning needs. You'll provide one-on-one and small-group assistance, help reinforce lessons, and contribute to a supportive classroom environment where students feel safe, encouraged, and capable of growth.
