Job DescriptionWe are seeking a Clinical Specialist to support the implementation and clinical success of ReDS™ technology within the Southeast (FL, NC, SC, GA) region. This role is remote with approximately 70% travel to customer sites. The Clinical Specialist will lead clinical onboarding, provide technical and educational support, and drive ongoing utilization across hospitals and clinics. This highly customer-facing role requires strong clinical presence, communication skills, and a commitment to patient-focused outcomes.ResponsibilitiesLead onboarding and implementation of ReDS™ technology at customer sitesProvide clinical and technical support during and after implementationTrain healthcare teams on proper use and clinical workflowsTroubleshoot clinical and technical issues during deploymentsBuild strong customer relationships through service and educationSupport account success and repeat utilizationTravel up to 70% within assigned Southeast (FL, NC, SC, GA) territoryBasic QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN)Exceptional communication and clinical presentation skillsStrong operational and troubleshooting ability (clinical + technical)Customer-first mindset focused on education and serviceExperience delivering clinical training or education to healthcare teamsHighly organized with ability to manage multiple regional sitesPreferred QualificationsExperience in cardiology and/or heart failure environmentsExperience in healthcare or medical device clinical support rolesCompensation & BenefitsBase Salary: $100,000 – $125,000 + Bonus (~$20k DOE)Benefits: Competitive medical, retirement, and additional benefits packageWork Model: Remote with ~70% travel within the Southeast (FL, NC, SC, GA) regionAdditional Job Application TermsThis job is part of LinkedIn’s Full-Service Hiring beta program.
