Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain the supervisory controls framework and related documentation Drive change management activities and ensure effective communication of updates Produce regular reporting on control framework health and audit readinessRequired Qualifications7+ years of experience in financial services, focusing on supervision, compliance, or risk management Experience in maintaining a control framework in a regulated environment Experience supporting internal audits and compliance testing Prior people leadership experience in a matrixed environment FINRA Series 7, 63 & 65 or 66, & 24 certifications
