Our products are carried in thousands of retail stores globally and supported by a large, engaged audience.Role OverviewWe’re looking for a remote or hybrid remote/on-site designer with strong taste who can work across both 3D product design and 2D visual design.This role sits at the intersection of character design, collectible objects, and brand expression, from designing toy figures to packaging.You don’t need to be world-class at both, but you should be strong in one (typically 3D) and capable in the other.What You’ll DoDesign original 3D characters, figures, and collectible elementsCreate print-ready 3D models for prototyping (3D printing)Design packaging, logos, and visual systems for new product linesDevelop cohesive product identities (object + branding + presentation)Create marketing assets (product imagery, social, launch graphics)Collaborate on themes, characters, and overall creative directionWhat We’re Looking ForStrong aesthetic judgmentAbility to design appealing, stylized, character-driven formsExperience with 3D tools (ZBrush, Blender, etc.)Experience with graphic design tools (Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.)Understanding of how products translate from concept to physical to retail shelfA portfolio that shows both taste and versatilityStrong PlusExperience with collectible toys, blind boxes, or figurinesFamiliarity with brands like Pop Mart, Smiski, or Sonny AngelKawaii / stylized design sensibilityExperience designing packaging for retail environmentsExperience preparing 3D models for manufacturing or printingWho This Is ForDesigners who want to create complete products, not just assetsPeople who care about how something looks in-hand and on shelfStrong freelancers or in-house designers looking for product-driven workCompensationFull-time salary: $70,000 - $95,000 (depending on portfolio and experience)Open to part-time/project-based contract work as well
