Position: EPIC Client AdministratorLocation: RemoteSchedule: Full-time, Day Shift (Monday–Friday)Position Summary:This role is responsible for managing Epic platforms such as Hyperspace and related client system servers, ensuring system stability, performance, and availability across production, training, disaster recovery, and non-production environments. You will monitor server performance, troubleshoot complex technical issues, apply hot fixes, security patches, and service packs, and support Epic upgrades and maintenance windows. Responsibilities also include managing backups and restores, configuring Citrix environments, supporting virtualization platforms, ensuring system security and access controls, and performing capacity planning to support system growth.Key Requirements:Strong Epic Hyperspace client support (deployment, upgrades, troubleshooting) Ability to resolve client-side issues (performance, connectivity, printing accessCitrix / VMware Horizon / VDI support experience Strong coordination of after-hours maintenance and Epic upgrades Cross-functional collaboration with infrastructure, network, security, and database teams Strong technical documentation (runbooks, standards, troubleshooting guides) Root cause analysis and participation in incident/problem management ServiceNow or similar ITSM tool experience Ability to test and validate Epic updates and enhancements
