As a part of our production team, you’ll work in a collaborative environment that allows you to see your work transform into a finished product every day.Job SummaryAssembler II is responsible for fabricating component parts or assembling the finished product according to the customer's specifications. Secures and maintains correct component parts and supplies required for the operation including plates, nails, staples, fasteners, etc.Principal Duties And ResponsibilitiesCompletes work area setupFits parts together in accordance with the prescribed manner and in accordance with quality standardsOperates presses and machinery in addition to hand tools as required to complete the assembly processStacks completed products in accordance with established procedures, and if required, may cover, label and band components/finished productEnsures work area is safe, clean and organized, and that equipment is safe to operate.Completes pre-shift/startup equipment inspection checklist and reports any problems or concernsMaintains a clean and orderly work environmentProvides basic TPM to equipment and completes TPM paperwork when requiredMaintains production records as requiredChecks materials and finished products to ensure compliance with standardsPerforms duties consistent with established safety and quality procedures, rules, and standardsParticipates in safety, CI, and other programs and meetingsPerforms other duties as assignedCompensation & Benefit Information: Hourly Pay Range: $17+ per hour dependent on experience*pay range may be adjusted depending on cost of livingBonus/Incentive Pay:Incentive pay may be available for certain job roles and may include piece rate incentives, weekly production bonuses, trip rates, and employee referral bonuses.
