This position calls for an experienced technical administrator to be responsible for administering without supervision, overseeing Client computer systems or networks to ensure proper maintenance and security. Responsibilities include planning, installation, configuration, and maintenance of networks. This role is essential in maintaining network stability and the integrity of voice, data, video, and wireless services. This person will troubleshoot systems or network performance issues, analyze traffic, develop LAN and WAN, firewalls, and troubleshoot performance issues. The Systems and Network Administration is also responsible for interacting with 3rd party vendors to help supply client services and Cybersecurity solutions. The Systems and Network Administrator will have the support of Technical Administrators and Level 1 Technicians and authority to train and request assistance for specific tasks.TasksMaintain network environmentTroubleshoot network issuesManage routers, switches, and firewallsDefine, direct, monitor, and participate in the following areas: Cloud services (Azure, AWS, Private Clouds)Server hardware and softwareLANs/WANInternet/IntranetAnti-virusSecurity, cyber securityData back-upDisaster RecoveryChange managementPatch managementAsset managementAdd to company internal policies and knowledge base articlesOthers as designatedResponsible for planning, designing, and developing local area networks (LANs) and wide area networks (WANs)Troubleshoots network performance issues, as well as analyze network traffic and provide capacity planning solutions.Direct, monitor and participate in end-user support for SystemsDevelop, implement, and maintain IT policies, procedures, and processes to support best practices for operations and systems administrationDevelop and maintain work plans to implement initiatives and special projects on-time and within budgetDesigns, configures, diagnoses, repairs, upgrades, and optimizes telephone systems and services, voicemail, and VoIP/IP-PBX communication systems, and video conferencing environments.Participate and assist in implementing the Knowledge Management Process.Assists to resolve escalated Client issuesProvide backup support to other technical positions.Excellent time management and organizational skills, and ability to handle multiple concurrent tasks and projects with minimal supervision.Maintain a high level of employee morale within the team.Disaster recovery planning and testing.Maintain and enhance cooperative interdepartmental and vendor relationships and communications.Provide support for data center operations.Attends and participates in meetings, committees, and training sessions as directedParticipates in the analysis of Information Technology optionsAbility to work a flexible schedule and second tier on call as needed.Perform additional duties as assigned.All duties as required.RequirementsGood communication skills, both written and verbal.Healthcare experience preferred.Must have the ability to speak, interpret and follow verbal and written instructions in English.Specific experience and/or education in LAN/WAN systems, TCP/IP, Intune, Microsoft Office ProductsExperience with an RMM tool and Microsoft Intune3+ yrs. technical support help desk experience requiredMulti-facility support desiredExperience in firewall and cybersecurity managementExperience in managing telecommunications services to business desiredExperience in managing vendor selection and implementation required*Technical certifications are required, or to be working toward certificationsJ-18808-Ljbffr
