*Job Overview* We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Technical Support professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical assistance to our clients. You will troubleshoot and resolve issues related to IT infrastructure, software, and hardware, ensuring that our users have a seamless experience with their technology. *Responsibilities* * Provide first-level support for technical issues via help desk channels, including phone, email, and chat. * Troubleshoot and resolve problems related to software applications, operating systems (including Mac OS), and hardware components. * Assist users with VPN connectivity issues and firewall configurations. * Manage IT infrastructure by monitoring systems, performing regular maintenance, and implementing updates as needed. * Document all support interactions in the remedy system for tracking and reporting purposes. * Collaborate with other IT team members to escalate complex issues when necessary. * Educate users on best practices for computer management and software troubleshooting to enhance their overall experience. *Skills* * Strong understanding of IT infrastructure principles and practices. * Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with non-technical users. * Proficiency in troubleshooting firewall settings and VPN connections. * Experience in providing IT support in a help desk environment. * Familiarity with computer management tools and software/hardware repairs such as Printers, parts, computers, troubleshooting techniques. * Knowledge of Mac OS is a plus but not mandatory. * ID CARD PRINTER industry Plus * Machines(Printers/hardware) fix/repair experience is prefered.
