We are demanding, customer-centric and our goal is to Provide an opportunity for an up and coming maintenance person willing to work hard and build skills while providing needed service and support for property management company.. Our work environment includes: Set work schedule On-the-job training Relaxed atmosphere Maintenance Worker, full-time, must speak English. Tuesday through Saturday. 40 hours a week. $15 to $17 an hour. Ability to do simple electrical, plumbing, and general maintenance work. Resourceful, competent and enjoy handyman work for condominium buildings. 55+ community looking for someone responsive and respectful.
