With over 1,000 clients nationwide and a powerful presence in markets such as Florida, Texas, Maryland, and Alaska, JSI empowers rural and regional broadband providers to expand, evolve, and excel in a rapidly shifting digital world.Position Overview:As a Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting the Regional Vice President with a variety of analytical, administrative, and time-critical tasks. This position requires a high-energy, self-starter with strong communication, organization, analytical, and project tracking skills.ResponsibilitiesPreparing reports regularly for internal purposes and to meet client requirements.Coordinating support, maintenance, and procurement of our company vehicles to ensure operational efficiency.Organizing, attending, and participating in team meetings.Creating project plans and ensuring project deadlines are metDocumenting and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings.Preparing necessary presentation materials for meetings.Providing administrative support as needed.Undertaking project tasks as required.Assess project risks and issues and provide solutions where applicable.Facilitate meetings where appropriate and distribute notes and action items to team members.Required QualificationsBachelor's degree with 3 years of related experience OR 6 years of related experience.Proficiency in Microsoft applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Outlook.Strong communication and organization skills.Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.Ability to work on tight deadlines.Overtime may be required on occasion.This position requires U.S. citizenship or a Permanent Resident status.Benefits & CompensationCompetitive salary + performance-based bonuses.Comprehensive benefits package (medical, dental, vision, 401(k)).Generous PTO and travel support.Ongoing professional development and educational opportunities.
