Engineering Project Manager

Position : Project Engineer (Renewable Energy)Location: Denver, CO Duration: 12-month contract (potential for extension and long-term opportunity)Pay range: $60-$65/hr on W2The Engineer II / Project Manager Engineering II is responsible for managing capital engineering projects from initiation through completion (“cradle to grave”). These roles support either base capital projects at existing generation facilities (natural gas and coal) or strategic capital initiatives involving large, complex projects such as renewable energy systems and major infrastructure upgrades. Both positions require strong technical engineering knowledge combined with project management expertise to ensure safe, cost-effective, and timely project execution.Specifically interested in a resource that has lead electrical projects with a construction background. Projects include equipment such as protection relays, GSU’s, transformers and motors.Required QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, or related discipline)Electrical Engineering Preferred.5–7+ years of engineering experience (preferred for Level II roles)Minimum 2+ years of project management experienceExperience in utility, energy, or oil & gas industries preferredProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and SAP (preferred)Preferred CertificationsEngineer-in-Training (EIT) certificationFundamentals of Engineering (FE) exam completionProject Management Professional (PMP) – nice to haveProfessional Engineer (PE) – beneficial for long-term growthWhy work with us - At Net2Source, we believe everyone has an opportunity to lead.
