Lemon Law Lawyer

Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, remote role for a Lemon Law Lawyer at Comley Fresch. In this role, you will represent clients in cases under the legislative provisions of California's Lemon Law. Responsibilities include handling client consultations, reviewing claims, gathering evidence, drafting legal documents, negotiating settlements, conducting legal research, and representing clients in court proceedings or arbitrations. You will also work collaboratively with the legal team to achieve favorable outcomes for clients while ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.QualificationsIn-depth knowledge of California Lemon Law and general consumer protection lawsStrong skills in Legal Research, Case Management, and NegotiationsAbility to Draft Legal Documents such as demand letters, settlement agreements, and briefsExcellent communication, Advocacy, and Client Relations skillsProficient in conducting court hearings, mediations, and arbitrationsJuris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law schoolActive membership and good standing with the California State BarPrevious experience with Lemon Law cases is strongly preferredPay: 100-140k, depending on experience.
