In addition, we handle a broad line of manure handling, feed handling, & skid steer equipment. Komro Sales is constantly developing manpower to support, with innovation, our growing customer base.Roles & Responsibilities:Local and regional travel opportunities are availableBuild state-of-the-art dairy facilities through general construction and mechanical duties (including but not limited to concrete work, installation and repair of Ag related equipment, welding, and pipe fitting)Prepare for an maintain orderly job sites throughout life of projectMaintain a safe work environment as directed through our safety programUphold a sense of urgency, professionalism, and ownership in preparation for jobs and on worksiteWork effectively with team members, taking leadership role when necessaryMaintain excellent communication with co-workers and supervisorsAbility to adjust to customer requests providing essential supportMaintain professional and technical knowledge by attending related trainingQualifications:Understand machinery, hydraulics, electricity, and concrete forming & finishingPossess good judgement, quality focus and demonstrate dependability, and driveAbility to work independently, being highly productive and efficient when working alone or within a teamWelding / torch skillsCapable of acquiring and maintaining a class A CDL licenseEquipment experience and knowledgePhysical ability to help with general day to day maintenance of construction tools and machinery, lift 50+ pounds, bend/crouch regularly, extensive walking, work outside in all weather conditions on a regular basisPlease note that this is a summary and not inclusive of all job responsibilities.
