Software Quality Engineer, OnBaseLocation: Salem, OR (97312) or RemoteEmployment Type: 36+ Month W2 ContractWork Authorization: No C2C or sponsorship availableAbout the RoleTalent Groups is seeking an experienced Software Quality Engineer (SQE) to support a large-scale enterprise application and integration initiative.The ideal candidate has hands-on experience testing complex enterprise applications, integrations, workflows, APIs, and document management solutions and will help ensure solutions meet business and technical requirements throughout the software development lifecycle.ResponsibilitiesCreate and execute manual test plans for enterprise applications and integrations.Develop functional and non-functional test cases aligned with QA strategy.Track testing progress and overall system quality.Participate in Sprint Planning, requirements reviews, and test case reviews.Translate requirements into test scenarios and test cases.Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).Identify, document, and manage defects through resolution.Analyze and report defect root causes, severity, and trends.Manage test cases, test data, and test execution.Evaluate system health through component and feature-level test results.Support manual and automated testing activities.Collaborate with development, business, and project teams.Required QualificationsExperience testing complex enterprise applications and integrations.Strong experience creating and executing manual test plans.Experience with Azure DevOps Test Plans or similar tools.Experience with functional and non-functional testing.Strong defect identification, tracking, and reporting experience.Understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies.Experience participating in Sprint Planning and other Agile ceremonies.Experience with manual and automated test case management and execution.Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.Ability to work effectively across technical and business teams.Preferred QualificationsExperience with:OnBaseFilevinexPressionK2Document generation and managementDocument conditioningWorkflow technologiesMicrosoft AzureEnterprise integrations and APIsTalent Groups is an equal opportunity employer.
