Schedule is flexible.Service Areas we are hiring for:Rockland CountyDuties:Seeking a professional Registered Nurse to perform health assessments for patients in their home to assess a patient's health care status and needsMonitor and train Aide staff on patient plan of care and infection controlMaintain close communication with the Director of Patient Services in the office, responding to phone calls and emails in a timely manner.Reporting all issues and concerns to the clinical department immediately.Completes documentation accurately and submits timely to agencyProvides the highest quality care in accordance with DOH regulationsQualificationsGraduate of approved school of nursingCurrent NYS RN license1 year of home health nursing experience (preferred)Able to function independently with minimum supervisionDemonstrates strong critical thinking skillsAbility to travel to patient's homesJob Types: Part-time, Per diem
