Code Enforcement Staff Augmentation

Job Description This job is with Encode, Inc a fully owned subsidiary of Lancesoft Services may include: Field inspections and enforcement activities,Case intake, documentation, and tracking,Notice preparation and compliance follow-up,Backlog reduction and case resolution,Coordination with City departments and external agencies. Program Implementation Support Assist the Community Development Department with the integration of the Code Enforcement program, including setting: Interim coordination protocols,Reporting procedures,Tracking systems,Equipment requirements, andStandard operating procedures,Provide transition support, including:Migration of open and closed cases from the RIMS system to the Community Development systems,Knowledge transfer to City staff, andOn-call advisory support as full-time roles are filled. The candidate should have demonstrated experience in code enforcement in California jurisdictions. All personnel shall meet the applicable California certification and training standards and be capable of operating within the City's systems, policies, and procedures.
