Serving opportunities at Spring & Main offer the versatility of working in multiple dining environments or finding your niche at just one.Responsibilities:Build positive relationships with guests, coworkers, and managersPrioritize a quality customer experience with a warm and friendly approach and efficient serviceDevelop a thorough knowledge of food and beverage menusAccurately ring up all food and beverages, per customer orderAssist with pre-bussing tables in assigned section, greeting guests, and delivering food.Clean assigned section per restaurant protocolsProvide safe alcohol service through use of company resources, proper ID checks, and identifying signs of intoxicationManage guest checkout process by efficiently and responsibly handling cash and credit card transactionsFollow all safety and sanitation procedures per company policy, in alignment with health department regulationsEffectively communicate with bar, kitchen, and management teams to provide quality customer serviceRequired Qualifications:Previous serving experience a plusEnthusiasm for customer service and a guest-first mentalityBasic computer literacy and math skillsMust be 19+ to applyWhat We Offer:Spring & Main provides a fun and family-friendly work environment.
