Operations Logistics Associate

Pay Rate: up to $33.25/hr on w2 (No C2C or 3rd parties)Location: Onsite in San Francisco, CAHelping an on-demand, autonomous ride-hailing company find an Operations Logistics Associate to support manufacturing operations.In this role, you’ll be responsible for adhering to all warehouse processes, including inventory integrity and operational process improvements in order to provide a great customer experience.The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's with 2-4 years of experience, user-level computer knowledge, and good communication skills with the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.Shift:10:00 AM - 6:30 PM: Tuesday-SaturdayAs an Operations Logistics Associate, you will:Assist with all warehouse material flow processes to/from dock to production/shipping via transport conveyance methods (e.g., forklift, on foot, etc.).Use systems technology to input/retrieve inventory and parts data as well as process material movements throughout the warehouse.Assess material needs for assigned production areas throughout the shift and pull materials using an information system to support the production schedule.Resolve inventory errors through physical and systemic identification in conjunction with warehouse tools.Adhere to all warehouse safety standards including PPE.Adhere to 5S methodology and demonstrate initiative to drive results.Uncrate critical components for general assembly customers.Support indirect material storage to assist key stakeholders within the company network.Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure parts are delivered to general assembly and base operations customers.Top 3 Skills: Ability to work independently, without supervisionInventory management is crucial - accuracy/attention to detailStrong computer fluency/skillsQualifications: Bachelor's with 2-4 years of experience or HS Degree or GED with 6-8 years of experienceUser level computer knowledge including but not limited to Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc)Experience with SAP is a plusGood communication skills both written and oralAbility to multitask and prioritize work to successfully accomplish job duties on time.Ability to operate heavy warehouse equipment.Ability to lift upto 50 lbs.Ability to quickly problem solve and deliver on high pressure situations.Possess a “get it done” attitude and a sense of urgency to resolve problems and tasks.Ability to successfully collaborate between the warehouse and production teams and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Pass a background check, MVR (Motor Vehicle Record) check, and drug screen.Must comply with the Substance Abuse Policy.Nice To Have: Familiarity with SAP/JIRA would set someone up for successInventory management systems from a coordinator perspectiveAbility and experience in documenting and creating processes/proceduresBachelor’s degree is listed on the job, definitely preferred but not a dealbreaker.
