OverviewWe are looking for a Bilingual Receptionist/HR Clerk for our Hereford Plant who has a positive and friendly attitude.Must be able to work shift as requested-May include some Saturday.Schedule is subject to change as needed.ResponsibilitiesDuties will include but not limited to:Responsible for answering all incoming calls - Good phone etiquetteGreet and schedule applicants for interviews and schedule physicalsDetailed orientatedGood Organizational SkillsAbility to prioritize work Various tracking activities and data entry (e.g., attendance, logs, etc.)Produce various reports in excel and other computer software.Filing, assisting with time keeping, and be first point of contact with employees.Required to do orientation and speak in groupsPerform other clerical duties as assigned.QualificationsHigh School graduate or equivalentPrevious HR work-related or office administrative skills, knowledge or experienceBilingual - English and Spanish requiredMust work independently and as a teamSensitivity to confidential informationAbility to use computer software programs to achieve job functions (example: MS Outlook, Excel, Word)Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal & written)Strong work ethics of integrity, honesty and dependabilityGood Work HistoryAPPLICATION MUST BE COMPLETED -ALL SECTIONS ANSWEREDRESUME OPTIONALJob Posted by ApplicantPro
