Job SummaryWe are seeking Refurbishment Associates to join our dynamic team. This role involves receiving, handling, cleaning, testing, and packaging electronic devices while maintaining a clean and organized workspace. Successful candidates are self-motivated, reliable, and eager to contribute to a collaborative team environment.**Essential Duties, Functions and Responsibilities of Production** Receiving and Handling: Verify incoming deliveries against orders, label and allocate products, and maintain accurate records of stock movement. Device Processing: Clean, test, grade, and value-add to electronic devices to prepare them for redistribution. Cleaning: External inspection, sanitizing, and removal of non-original labels. Testing: Functional testing, data wiping, and troubleshooting of devices. Grading: Assessing physical condition and categorizing devices using a standardized grading system. Value-Adding: Enhancing device features or services to increase value.Competencies/Skills/Abilities Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Excellent attention to detail. Excellent accuracy and quality control Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines. Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment. Proficient with Google Workplace or related software.Preferred Education And Experience Experience: No experience required! We provide on-the-job training. Education: High School diploma or GED preferred but not required.Work EnvironmentWork is typically performed indoors in an environmentally controlled office environment. There is little to no exposure to extreme environmental conditions and/or job hazards. No personal phones, smart watches, headphones or earbuds are allowed past the metal detector, on to the production floor.
