We’re looking for a General Manager, Amazon Business, to take full ownership of our Amazon business across the Americas. This is a role responsible for strategy, execution, and performance—with direct impact on revenue, profitability, and long-term value creation.

What You’ll Own as the General Manager, Amazon Business
P&L Leadership
Own the end-to-end Amazon business across the U.S. and Canada
Drive revenue, margin, profitability, and working capital performance
Make strategic trade-offs across growth, pricing, availability, and brand health
Represent Amazon performance to executive leadership and board stakeholders
Amazon Strategy & Channel Leadership
Define and lead the Amazon strategy, including:
Assortment and SKU architecture
Pricing strategy and promotional guardrails
1P vs. 3P model decisions
Marketplace and Buy Box strategy
Anticipate and adapt to Amazon platform changes (algorithms, policies, retail media)
Executive Engagement & Joint Business Planning
Own the Amazon Joint Business Plan and long-term growth roadmap
Lead senior-level negotiations with Amazon
Align internal stakeholders to deliver a unified, high-impact strategy
Portfolio & Innovation Leadership
Shape the Amazon product portfolio and lifecycle strategy
Lead line reviews and assortment decisions
Ensure innovation is optimized for conversion, ranking, and customer reviews
Pricing, Promotion & Trade Governance
Own pricing architecture and promotional investment strategy
Establish ROI standards for all trade and media investments
Protect price integrity across channels
Demand & Digital Shelf Performance
Drive total demand: traffic, conversion, and rating health
Set direction for retail media, content, and digital shelf excellence
Partner closely with Marketing while holding performance accountability
Operations & Marketplace Health
Ensure strong forecasting, inventory, and availability performance
Own Buy Box outcomes and marketplace stability
Lead cross-functional resolution of operational risks impacting the business
Organizational Leadership
Operate as a cross-functional leader across Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Finance
Set high standards, drive accountability, and influence without direct authority
Build Amazon into a best-in-class, high-growth business unit

What You Bring
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field (MBA preferred)
7+ years of progressive commercial leadership experience
Proven ownership of a significant eCommerce or retail P&L
Deep expertise in the Amazon ecosystem (1P, 3P, retail media, marketplace dynamics)
Strong track record of executive-level negotiations and stakeholder influence
Experience driving transformational growth in complex, fast-moving environments

Executive presence and strong leadership credibility
Exceptional financial and analytical acumen
Strategic thinker with a forward-looking mindset (12–36 months)
High ownership and decision-making autonomy

Travel up to 30%, including occasional international travel
Combination of air and car travel with overnight stays
