Position Profile: Standley Systems’ Imaging Solutions Engineer is responsible for the expert level analysis, design, implementation, maintenance, service, and training of our partner solutions software for clients across the state.
Primary Responsibilities:
Consult with sales force and clients on best practices for print and imaging workflows to fit business processes.
Provide accurate analysis and estimate professional services hours for solution assessments and requests for proposals.
Design and manage implementation of complex printer / MFD installations within enterprise level IT environments.
Analysis, design, implementation, maintenance, and training on all 3rd party solutions including but not limited too.
ECI Print and User Management products
EFI Fiery products
HP Print Management & Security Services
Kyocera Document solutions
Papercut Print Management solutions
Ricoh Imaging and Electronic Content Management solutions
Docuware Imaging and Electronic Content Management
Manage the administration of complex print environments.
Provide advanced level support on all DCA software for our clients.
Obtain and maintain partner solution certifications on supported solutions and or software.
Analysis, design, and presentation of Print management reports to sales force and clients
Requirements:

Ability to understand and use Linux, MacOS, Windows operating systems
Understanding of networking fundamentals LAN, WAN, TCP/ IP Protocols and subnets
Understanding of network print fundamentals, Printer and Print driver configuration and Print Server Management
Proficient in Microsoft Office Product Suite
Ability to use Microsoft Excel to produce Pivot Table reporting.
Understanding of Java & VB Scripting
Ability to conduct basic SQL queries and produce reports based on data.
Ability to design install and configure complex print environments within Linux, MacOS, and Windows Server environments.

Education and/or Experience: Certificate or Degree from college or technical school, or 3-year related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Computer Skills: To perform this job successfully, an individual should have advanced computer skills, knowledge of Microsoft, Mac, and various network environments and be current in industry-related software.
