Junior Sous Chef

## Overview We are seeking a talented Sous Chef to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food and creativity in the kitchen, along with excellent leadership skills to support the Head Chef in delivering exceptional dining experiences. ## Duties - Assist the Head Chef in menu planning, food preparation, and recipe creation - Oversee kitchen staff and coordinate daily tasks to ensure smooth operations - Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and safety - Manage inventory levels and order supplies as needed - Train and mentor kitchen staff on culinary techniques and best practices - Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and food hygiene standards ## Skills - Strong background in restaurant management and culinary arts - Proficient in various cooking techniques with a focus on food handling and preparation - Knowledge of food safety standards and regulations - Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage inventory effectively - Experience in bartending or beverage service is a plus - Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment - Outstanding communication and leadership abilities to motivate kitchen staff If you are a dedicated culinary professional with a flair for creativity and a passion for delivering top-notch dining experiences, we invite you to apply for the Sous Chef position at our establishment.
