Sales Representative
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
As Sales Representative you will be responsible for selling internet services to residential and small to mid-size business customers. This role requires a proactive and customer-focused approach to generate leads, close sales, and achieve sales targets. The Sales Representative will work closely with the sales team and management to identify opportunities, develop strategies, and provide exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:
Client Acquisition
Identify and target new business opportunities through prospecting and market research.
Build and maintain a robust pipeline of potential clients.
Conduct outreach to key decision-makers to initiate conversations and introduce ISP.NET's products/services.
Relationship Building
Cultivate and nurture relationships with clients to understand their business needs and objectives.
Collaborate with clients to develop tailored solutions that meet their specific requirements.
Act as a trusted advisor and maintain ongoing communication with clients
Sales Presentations and Proposals
Conduct engaging and persuasive presentations to showcase ISP.NET's products/services.
Prepare customized proposals and quotes based on client discussions and needs.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure proposals align with operational capabilities.
Contract Negotiation
Negotiate terms and conditions with clients to finalize contracts.
Address client concerns and objections effectively.
Ensure contractual agreements are mutually beneficial and in line with company policies.
Sales Target Achievement
Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and revenue goals.
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve business objectives.
Regularly assess and adjust sales strategies to respond to market dynamics.
Market Analysis
Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.
Analyze market data to identify opportunities for growth and areas for improvement.
Provide insights and recommendations to the sales and marketing teams.
Sales Reporting
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and sales activities.
Prepare regular reports on sales performance, forecasts, and key performance indicators.
Present insights and recommendations to the leadership team.
Collaboration and Teamwork
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, and customer support.
Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the sales department.
Share best practices and insights with colleagues.
Qualification and/or Certification:
High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
Proven experience in sales, preferably in the telecommunications industry.
Ability to build relationships with customers using strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
Self-motivated and target driven.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Valid driver's license and a driving record with positive points.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $26.19 per hour
