Support the Operations Team and help troubleshoot and solve technical issues. Mandatory skillsSCCM 5 years, Active Directory Group Policy 3 years, Airwatch 3 years, Microsoft Identity Manager (MIM) 3 years, Intune 1 year. Past experience Migrating from Windows 10 to Windows 11. Certifications or Desired skills if any Nice To Have Skills”Powershell, ServiceNow, Windows 11 build experience, good troubleshooting skills, In-depth computer hardware knowledge (HP, Dell) Qualifying questions if any Open toMBE/EDGELaptop Shipped/ Need to pick upWill need to be picked up at worksite.
