SR FULLSTACK DEVELOPER

We are seeking a strong Front-End Engineer with deep expertise in React and Next.js, complemented by solid backend fundamentals, to join our product development team. The platform is a data-intensive, enterprise-grade application deployed both as a hosted SaaS solution and in client-managed (on-premise) environments. This role requires an engineer capable of building secure, scalable, and high-performance front-end systems that operate reliably in hybrid enterprise deployments. This is not a UI-only role. Candidates must understand how front-end systems interact with APIs, authentication mechanisms, and authorization models. Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain complex front-end applications using React and Next.js. Build data-heavy UI components using AG Grid Enterprise, including advanced grid features. Consume and manage complex JSON responses from REST APIs (GraphQL is a plus). Implement role-based access control (RBAC) and permission-driven UI behavior. Collaborate closely with backend engineers to define API contracts and data workflows. Handle application-level state management using appropriate libraries or patterns. Optimize front-end performance for large datasets and high-frequency updates. Ensure compatibility across SaaS and on-premise deployments using environment-based configuration. Participate in code reviews and contribute to engineering best practices. Debug and resolve production issues related to data rendering, performance, and security. Must-Have Technical Requirements Front-End (Core) Strong hands-on experience with React, including hooks and functional components. Strong experience with Next.js, including: Server-side rendering (SSR) Client-side rendering (CSR) Routing and environment-based builds Strong proficiency in modern JavaScript (ES6+). Experience building modular, reusable component architectures. Backend Fundamentals (Required) Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and HTTP fundamentals. Experience consuming secured APIs using authentication mechanisms such as JWT, OAuth, or session-based authentication. Understanding of authorization patterns, including RBAC and claims-based access. Familiarity with backend-driven concerns such as pagination, filtering, sorting, and error handling. Ability to collaborate effectively with backend teams Additional Required Skills Experience handling large-scale and hierarchical datasets. Strong focus on performance optimization in React applications. Proficiency with Git-based workflows, including pull requests and code reviews. Familiarity with enterprise application security patterns. Ability to take ownership of features from design through production. Nice-to-Have Experience with financial, analytics, or data visualization platforms. Exposure to GraphQL. Experience with enterprise authentication providers (e.g., Azure AD / Entra ID). Experience working on multi-tenant SaaS platforms. Hands-on experience with AG Grid Enterprise or equivalent enterprise-grade data grids. Skills Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field preferred. Candidates with a completed degree must have at least 6 years of relevant React experience; candidates without a degree must demonstrate a minimum of 8 years of directly applicable experience. Excellent attention to detail and user experience. Strong English communication skills and ability to work in a distributed team.
