Read below for more information!What You'll Do:Supervise and manage daily plant operationsFill in for Production Supervisor when absentAssist Line Leads in set-up, changeover and troubleshooting/problem solving of machine issuesUpdate and print changeover sheets used on machine changeoversAssist in AX facilitationVerify BOM’s and inventory in AX prior to start of production orderInvestigate and document any issues or abnormalities with AX systemFacilitate and document all training for new recruits, 30, 60, 90 day and annual reviews.Track and update the yield loss trackerReview and sign off on daily quality formsReview and file daily downtime, waste tracking and complete LPN documentsPrint and assign weekly /monthly cleaning PM’s and record in MP2Acts as liaison for production processes for customer and vendor visitsWhat You Need to Bring:High school diploma or equivalent2+ years of experience in a high-speed Production environmentAbility to read and interpret in EnglishStrong mechanical background and ability to troubleshootStrong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate recordsAbility to list up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodationsExperience with SAP or other inventory management systems is preferredExperience with GMP and/or HACCP regulations is preferredKnowledge working in Outlook, Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, and use of customer portals is preferred#DohertyNewCareerReady to Apply?Click "Apply Now" to complete our quick, mobile-friendly application.
