Teen Program Coordinator

Embark on a Journey of Impactful AdventureThe Teen Development Coordinator at the YMCA of Greater Brandywine oversees the daily operations ofour teen programs. This includes developing and implementing a full range of programming andservices and facilitating strategic planning initiatives. The goal is to drive program growth andsuccess, with a focus on workforce development, leadership and discovery, and college and careerreadiness. This role is responsible for the training and supervision of necessary staff, budgetmanagement, community outreach to foster strategic partnerships, and provide outstanding serviceto all members, program participants and partners. The Teen Development Coordinator will ensure thatall YMCA of Greater Brandywine standards are being met and/or exceeded in direct correlation withthe organization's strategic vision and goals. Prior to the start of class (monthly or academy), communicates and assists participants with questions.Ensures all children are picked up by a parent.Promotes other YMCA programs by handing out brochures, answering questions, or referring inquiries to appropriate person.Create staff schedule and communicate with staff.Ensures compliance with all YGBW policies and standard operating procedures.Performs other related duties as assigned.
