This position requires excellent communication skills with field personnel, strong organizational abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. The ideal candidate will work closely with office, field, and lab team members to facilitate project success and uphold the high standards of Alta E&I.Key Responsibilities:Conduct regular reviews of project documents and reports to identify and address errors and inconsistencies.Coordinate project activities and ensure all tasks are completed on schedule.Monitor project progress and report updates to stakeholders.Work closely with project managers, engineers, and technicians to allocation resources effectively.Organize and lead project meetings and ensuring clear communication and follow-up on action items. Foster a collaborative and positive team environment to enhance productivity and morale.Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, drawings, reports, and correspondence.Prepare comprehensive project reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.Ensure all project documentation complies with company standards and industry regulations.Assist in quality control processes to ensure the accuracy and integrity of project deliverables.Provide administrative support to project managers, including scheduling, travel arrangements, and expense reporting.Qualifications:Proven experience in project coordination or project management within the construction materials testing and inspections.Strong understanding of construction materials testing methods and various municipality jurisdictional standard.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and team members.Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically.Why Alta?See your impact.How many people can drive by a highway, school, or major company and say, "I helped build that?"At Alta, every employee can.
