Origination & Operations Intern

Summer Internship — Origination & Operations (June - August 2026) Compensation Base pay: $17.50/hour Schedule Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Hourly position; no paid time off — unpaid days off may be taken as needed Primary Role — Origination Trained as an originator; primary function is cold calling, qualifying and transferring prospects to a floor sales agent rather than owning the full call Transfer deals attributed to Intern by the deal team admin Additional Responsibilities May be assigned to support operations as needed, including but not limited to: office administration, marketing, finance, and lead management Special Obligation — Process Documentation Expected to document onboarding experience throughout the internship and provide structured feedback; this is a defined deliverable of the role Exit feedback and documentation to be delivered as well at the end of their time at Moby.
