General Labor/Machine OperatorLet Your Career Thrive with VoltVolt is hiring General Laborers / Machine Operators for a leading manufacturing company in Willows, CA.As a General Laborers / Machine Operator you will:Handle, package, and prepare fiberglass products for shipmentOperate production, manufacturing, and packaging machinery in a high-volume environmentMonitor equipment performance and troubleshoot minor mechanical issuesPerform detailed quality inspections to ensure products meet manufacturing standardsAccurately document production counts, materials used, and quality resultsFollow strict safety procedures and properly use required PPE (steel-toe boots, eyewear, earplugs, hard hat)Assist with equipment setup, cleaning, and basic maintenance of production areasWork collaboratively with team members to maintain workflow and meet production goalsMaintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work environmentThis is a Full-Time, Temp-to-Hire OpportunityRotating 12-hour shifts: 7 days / 7 nightsHigh-volume, industrial manufacturing environmentRequirements:Ability to work rotating day and night shiftsAbility to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform repetitive lifting of 20 lbs. throughout the shiftPrevious experience in manufacturing, construction, warehouse, or general laborExperience operating industrial equipment or working on a production line is a plusStrong commitment to safety, quality, and teamworkAbility to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environmentComfortable working around machinery, noise, fiberglass materials, and temperature variationsAbility to follow written and verbal instructionsMust meet all prescreening requirements (background check, drug screen, etc.)Pay Rate:$20.00/hour*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.Qualified candidates should APPLY NOW for immediate consideration!
