Robert Half is partnering with cutting‑edge Healthcare Tech client to hire a Contracts Paralegal or Senior Contracts Paralegal for a fully remote temp‑to‑hire opportunity.If you thrive in high‑ownership environments, love building efficient systems, and want to make a real impact in healthcare—this role is for you.💼 Role DetailsTitle: Contracts Paralegal / Senior Contracts ParalegalType: Fully Remote (U.S.)Schedule: Full‑time; 40 hours per week, M-F (any time zone)Engagement: Temp‑to‑Hire (Conversion after ~3 months)Pay: $40–$60/hour, depending on experience📝 What You’ll Do⚖️ Commercial ContractingDraft, review, and redline a wide range of commercial agreements (health plans, provider networks, vendor contracts, DUAs, BAAs).Spot risks, flag unusual terms, and prep clean summaries for attorney review.Support negotiations through comparison charts, issue tracking, and version control.Partner with sales for quick contract questions and status updates.🛠 Legal Operations & SystemsOwn and optimize the contract lifecycle in SpotDraft (templates, workflows, approvals, reporting).Manage renewal tracking, clause libraries, and obligations inventories.Run and improve Jira-based legal intake.Build playbooks, FAQs, and self‑service tools to keep the business moving.🏛 Corporate GovernanceMaintain corporate records, resolutions, annual filings, and entity documentation.Assist with subsidiary management and corporate housekeeping.🤝 Cross‑Functional CollaborationWork closely with Growth, Compliance, Operations, and external stakeholders.Support compliance research, documentation, and training.Monitor regulatory changes affecting contracting.📞 Outside Counsel SupportCoordinate document flow, logistics, and budget tracking.What We’re Looking ForRequiredContracts Paralegal: 5+ years’ experienceHeavy commercial contracts drafting experienceHealthcare background (payor, provider, or value‑based care)Strong knowledge of HIPAA + familiarity with AKS, Stark, healthcare privacyCorporate records management experienceExcellent communication + extreme attention to detailAbility to thrive autonomously in a fast‑paced environmentParalegal certificate or equivalent trainingStrongly PreferredLegal operations experience (CLM workflows, intake systems, etc.)Experience within small in‑house legal teamsKnowledge of ACOs, MSSP, MA or Medicaid contractingUnderstanding of practice operations, MSOs, IPA structuresNice to HaveSpotDraft experienceJira familiarityNotary public certificationWhat Makes This Team DifferentYou’ll have true ownership from day one.No micromanagement—just partnership, trust, and a high bar for excellence.Your ideas matter.
