A company is looking for an Attorney with Immigration Law Experience (Remote and Contract). Key Responsibilities Assist a New York-based immigration law firm with immigration matters Handle both family-based immigration and business employment immigration cases Work independently on a remote basis as needed (up to 20 hours per week) Required Qualifications 5+ years of experience handling immigration matters, including related hearings Active law license in any state and in good standing Excellent academic credentials from an accredited law school Outstanding references Experience with both family-based and business employment immigration is a plus
