Method of Interview: Skype. Visa: Green Card or Citizen. Overview We are seeking experienced and Epic-certified analysts to join our healthcare IT team across multiple departments. These roles are critical to supporting our Epic Electronic Health Record (EHR) system and ensuring optimal performance, configuration, and user support. Key Responsibilities Configure, maintain, and optimize Epic applications specific to your certified module. Collaborate with clinical and operational teams to gather requirements and implement solutions. Provide 24/7 support coverage as part of a rotating schedule. Troubleshoot system issues and escalate as needed. Participate in testing, upgrades, and go‑live support. Ensure compliance with organizational policies and healthcare regulations. Qualifications Epic Certification in the relevant application (must be current and verifiable). Minimum 2 years of experience in Epic application support or implementation. Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.
