Telecommuting role to be performed anywhere in the U.S. Drive agility w/in PyTorch's upstream community collaboratn cycles & across Red Hat's open source delivery model by streamlining contribution workflows, accelerating feedback loops, & fosterg continuous integratn of community & enterprise innovatns. Positn reqs a Bach deg (U.S. or for equiv) in Industrial Engg, Comp Sci, Systms Engg or rel field & 4 yrs of exp in the job offerd or rel role. Must have 3 yrs of exp w/: using Power BI & Tableau to create agile metrics dashboards that pull data from Jira, Confluence, & AWS to track delivry metrics & provide insights that supprt continuous improvemnt; leadg Agile delivry of lge-scale tech projcts by applyg Scrum, Kanban, or scaled Agile framewrks; utilizg GitHub, & CI/CD pipelines to ensure predictable release cycles & hi-qual outcomes; leadg engrs, architects, & tech leads in Agile & Lean practices using GROW & Situational Leadership models to boost team autonomy, accountability, & delivry effectivenss; & usg JQL, Advancd Roadmaps, dashboards & PostgreSQL to track projcts, mng dependencies, & provide engg leadership w/ actionable insights. Must have 2 yrs of exp w/: usg Gtmhub (Quantive) to set & track Objective & Key Results (OKRs) that align engg teams w/ strategy, measure outcomes, & ensure accountability; automatg the trackg of upstream community contributns using YAML scripts & webhooks to streamline integratn, improve visibility, & accelerate feedback loops; & mainaining RAID & risk registers usg Smartsheet to track risks, assumptns, issues, & dependencies, enabling early identificatn of blockers, timely escalatn & resolutn.
