Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Physician Assistant or Family Nurse Practitioner to join our private practice. We provide comprehensive compassionate individual tailored medical care of highest quality in friendly family- oriented environment for your entire family from newborn to elderly. The ideal candidate will have experience in the outpatient environment, with proficiency in various medical procedures and systems and a proven track record of working well within a small team. The provider will be responsible for performing physical examinations, diagnosing illnesses, developing treatment plans, and coordinating patient care with multidisciplinary teams. A strong foundation in both chronic disease and acute illness management is essential to ensure high-quality care aligned with healthcare standards and regulations.
Duties
Conduct thorough physical examinations and patient assessments to determine health status.
Develop and implement individualized care plans based on clinical findings and patient needs.
Manage acute and chronic conditions across multiple specialties such as cardiology, endocrinology, pulmonology, rheumatology, neurology, and more.
Utilize EMR for documentation, order entry, and patient record management while ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations.
Perform in-office procedures when necessary.
Provide health coaching and patient education on disease management, preventive care, immunizations, and lifestyle modifications.
Collaborate with other providers at our clinic and external specialists to faciliate comprehensive patient care.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of CPT coding and ICD coding standards for accurate billing practices.
Pay: $40,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
