Our team is known for delivering high-quality work, fostering long-term client relationships, and maintaining a collaborative and supportive work environment.Position Overview:We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager/Superintendent to lead and oversee commercial construction projects from pre-construction through closeout. This hybrid role requires a hands-on leader who can manage both the administrative and field aspects of construction, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety.Key Responsibilities:Lead project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and executionCoordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clientsOversee on-site construction activities and ensure compliance with safety and quality standardsManage project documentation, RFIs, submittals, and change ordersMonitor project progress and proactively address issues or delaysFoster a positive and productive jobsite cultureQualifications:Minimum 10 years of experience in commercial construction, with a focus on low-rise, non-residential buildingsProven track record of managing projects from start to finishStrong leadership, communication, and organizational skillsProficiency in construction management software and Microsoft Office SuiteOSHA 30 certification preferredAbility to travel to job sites as neededWhat We Offer:Competitive salary and benefits packageSupportive and experienced team environmentOpportunities for professional growth and advancementProjects that make a visible impact in the communityEducation:Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
