This is your chance to work with cutting-edge technology and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, user-friendly solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, implement, and maintain RSA Archer solutions for Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC).Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver solutions that meet organizational governance frameworks and regulatory obligations.Perform detailed business and functional requirements gathering and analysis.Configure and customize Archer applications, including questionnaires, workflows, and data integrations.Develop and integrate RESTful and web services for API connectivity.Provide troubleshooting, defect resolution, and performance optimization.Support end-user adoption through training materials and solution walkthroughs.RequirementsArcher Certified Professional (ACP) or Level 3 Archer Certified Administrator – Expert Certification.Expert knowledge of RSA Archer platform architecture and application configuration.Strong understanding of GRC processes, risk management, and compliance frameworks.Proficiency in JavaScript/jQuery for client-side customizations.Ability to translate complex business requirements into technical configurations.PreferencesExperience supporting large enterprise or government GRC implementations.Familiarity with security frameworks such as NIST, ISO 27001, or SOC.Experience integrating Archer with platforms like ServiceNow.Prior work in information security, risk, or compliance teams.Located in vibrant Austin, TX, this position offers a collaborative work environment with opportunities for professional growth.
