IT - Technology Lead | Reactive Programming | NodeJS
Overview:
In this Technology Lead role, you will guide the design, development, and deployment of scalable mobile and web applications using React Native, Node.js, and modern cloud-native practices. You will lead architecture decisions, set coding standards, and mentor technical teams while managing stakeholder expectations. The position emphasizes delivering robust, secure, and high-performance systems at scale, with hands-on development and architectural leadership. This is a client-facing, performance-driven opportunity to shape the technology stack and delivery at scale.
Responsibilities:
- Design and own high-scale backend and platform systems in distributed environments
- Architect and implement microservices, event-driven, and serverless systems in production
- Hands-on system development using Node.js, JavaScript, Java with focus on code quality and runtime behavior
- Define coding standards, architecture guidelines, and development best practices
- Conduct code reviews and ensure quality through automated testing and CI/CD processes
- Drive technical decisions, performance optimization, and application security
- Lead design, development, deployment, and support of mobile and web applications
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder expectations
Key requirements:
- 8+ years of experience
- Proficiency in React NativeStrong Node.js experience
- JavaScript/TypeScript expertiseAWS experience
