POSITION: Regional Account ManagerREPORTS TO: ManagerCLASSIFICATION: Full-time, ExemptLOCATION: In-Person at Prodigy’s Austin Office Preferred; Remote AvailablePosition Overview: Prodigy Healthcare is seeking a motivated and dynamic Regional Account Manager to join our team inAustin, Texas. The ideal candidate for this role is self-motivated, detail oriented with excellentcommunication and listening skills with the ability to maintain customer relationships and grow existingbusiness while articulating the value of Prodigy Health.Key Responsibilities:• Develop strong, lasting relationships with existing customer accounts within respective regionvia tele-sales technology, video conferencing modality, and email communication. Occasional inperson meeting through conferences and tradeshows.• 24/7 and possible holidays emergency on-call rotation required (one week intervals on arotation, approximately 4 weeks a year).• Manage, grow, and develop existing business with hospital/acute, alternate site/non-acute,specialty pharmacy, and clinic/physician markets.• Conduct quarterly business review for existing customers, provide regular market, product,contract, GPO, and reimbursement updates accordingly.• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets including MBOs such as daily call volume,revenue retention and growth across various products and services.• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in our CRM system.• Professional representation of Prodigy Health through speech, conduct, and appearance.• Provide feedback to management on market trends and customer needs.Qualifications:• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred.• 3+ years of inside sales experience with plasma/biopharmaceutical distribution company with astrong understanding of product knowledge in plasma, biologics, biosimilars, and vaccinemarket conditions, reimbursement/payor landscape, and various healthcare provider entities.• Excellent communication, listening, and interpersonal skills with strong ability to present tosmall and large customer groups, pharmacists, business personnel, and physicians.• Detail oriented, well organized, and self-motivated.• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.What We Offer:• Competitive salary and commission structure.• Comprehensive benefits package including a 3-tier health plan through CIGNA, and dental andvision plans.• An HSA with the base health plan with a company match• A 401k plan with a company match up to 4%.Prodigy Health, LLC • 7901 E Riverside Dr Ste 2-125, Austin, Texas, 78744 • (877) 693-4376 •www.ProdigyHealth.comPage 2 of 2• 88 Hours of PTO in your first year with 6 paid holidays• Opportunities for professional growth and development.• A collaborative and supportive work environment.If you are passionate about healthcare and sales and are looking to make an impact in a growing organization.
