You will gather information, verify documents, communicate with customers, lenders, dealers, and insurance companies, and make sure claims are handled fairly, accurately, and efficiently.You will also get very good at answering questions like:“Did we receive the payoff letter?” “Is the primary insurance settlement complete?” “Where is that one missing document hiding?” And, of course, “Can we get this wrapped up today?”The answer is usually: “We’re on it.”What We’re Looking ForWe are looking for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and calm under pressure. You do not need to wear a cape, but you should enjoy helping people, solving problems, and keeping track of important details.The right person will have strong communication skills, a good attitude, and the ability to work with numbers, documents, and people without losing their sense of humor.Experience in claims, insurance, automotive finance, customer service, or administration is a plus.
