The Personal Lines Producer will be responsible for building and maintaining client relationships, assessing clients' insurance needs, and recommending suitable policy options. The role requires managing new and renewal accounts, processing various policy-related transactions, and delivering exceptional customer service. The Personal Lines Producer will also identify sales opportunities, generate new leads, and ensure compliance with all industry regulations and company standards. Qualifications Strong sales and relationship-building skills to effectively communicate with clients and grow businessExperience in assessing customer insurance needs and recommending appropriate personal lines productsProficiency in insurance policy management, handling renewals, and processing transactionsKnowledge of insurance industry regulations and compliance standardsExcellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving abilitiesProficiency in using insurance agency management systems and relevant software toolsInsurance-related certifications or licensure, or the ability to obtain required licensing in a timely mannerPrior experience in insurance sales or customer service is highly advantageous
