A company is looking for a Sr. Substation Project Manager to lead and execute engineering projects related to substations. Key Responsibilities Lead and execute complex engineering projects, ensuring adherence to schedule and budget Supervise and mentor team members, including Project Managers and Senior Technical Leads Maintain accurate fee revenue forecasts and ensure alignment with industry standards and regulations Required Qualifications Minimum of 5 years of experience managing substation projects Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or equivalent 6+ years of experience managing engineering projects Experience in substation engineering General project management experience, including cost, budget, and schedule management
